On January 1st, we officially took the keys to what will soon become the home of Frontline Functional Fitness!

It's been a dream long in the making, and now we're diving headfirst into transforming this space into more than just a gym - it's going to be a community hub for health, connection, and empowerment.

The Journey So Far

Right now, we're deep in the behind-the-scenes work, the unglamourous but crucial admin tasks that lay the foundation for everything to come. Permits, scheduling, and logistics are all in progress, ensuring that every detail is covered as we gear up for the big transformation.

Bringing The Vision To Life

The refurbishment process is officially underway! Our team have been hard at work repainting walls and updating the space to reflect Frontline Functional Fitness' bold and inspiring colour scheme. It's more than a cosmetic update - the new look embodies our brand's commitment to strength, resilience, and unity.

We're also sourcing and installing furniture and equipment (thank you UKSF) that prioritise both form and function. Every piece has been carefully selected to enhance your experience from state-of-the-art fitness gear to comfortable seating areas where you can unwind and connect with fellow members.

We're thrilled to announce t hat Frontline Functional Fitness will officially open its doors to the public with a special Open Day on Saturday 18th January at 9am ! This is your chance to explore the space, meet the team, and get a first look at everything we've been working on. Whether you're curious about the equipment, want to try out a class, or simply want to see what makes us different, we can't wait to welcome you.

Then, from Monday 20th January, we'll be kicking off our full timetable packed with a variety of functional fitness classes, training sessions , and opportunities to connect, it's designed to meet everyone's goals and schedules.

Our story starts with the Beaney family, where the seeds of this dream were planted. Growing up, we were raised by our incredible mother, who instilled in us the values of hard work, determination, and supporting one another. Thanks to her, we were always a close-knit family that believed in lifting each other up- both in life and in fitness.

As two brothers with a shared passion for fitness, it wasn't long before we dreamed of running a gym together. With a vision to create a space where people could reach their goals, we knew we had to do it as a family. But we're not alone on this journey. We were lucky enough to meet our equally athletic partners, who share our dedication to fitness and are an integral part of Frontline Functional Fitness. Together, the five of us are committed to running the gym, bringing our collective energy, expertise, and passion to everything we do.

Our mission is simple: to help people in our community achieve their fitness goals while making them feel like part of our extended family. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned pro, we're here to support you every step of the way.
